JSM Properties, LLC. has formed an association with Payment Services Network, Inc. to make it possible for our residents to pay their rent on-line.

Many of you already use the internet to make utility, credit card, and other monthly payments on-line.
We are pleased to add the convenience of on-line rent payments.
PSN Payment is a reliable accurate and confidential way to have your rent payments processed and paid by being electronically debited from your checking/savings account.

After you have completed your initial account set up with PSN, you will be able to easily access your account each month to make your rental payments.

Simply select your apartment community from the drop-box below and you will be taken to the appropriate PSN site for your payment.

Payment Services Network, Inc charges a convenience fee for handling your rent payment per the following schedule:

• ACH check transactions - FREE
• Due to the fact that various credit card associations have placed greater restrictions on third-party payment processors regarding the passing on of convenience fees, ACH payments will be the only form of payment accepted at this time.

By use of the PSN on-line rental payments you agree to the addition of a convenience fee for processing of your payment.
